It's unclear how this feature will work, but it should help when sharing login information for streaming accounts and other services. In addition to making its password manager available to everyone, the company announced a new feature that will allow users to share any password with anyone securely. Dropbox Family costs about 17 per month and gives you 2TB of storage. ![]() Dropbox Plus costs about 10 per month and gives you 2TB (2,000 GB) of storage space, plus a few more file-sharing controls. ![]() With LastPass making critical changes to its free password tier, one can't help but see this move from Dropbox as an attempt to attract new customers. Dropbox Basic is the free plan that gives you up to 2GB of storage space, plus basic file-sharing features. Not only do they help keep track of passwords and usernames, but they help create complex passwords that aren’t easily cracked. These days, people have dozens upon dozens of accounts, whether it’s a social media login or a Netflix subscription, making password managers so critical. Basic users are also limited to syncing their passwords on up to three devices, whereas Plus users don’t have such a limit. Dropbox Basic users can only store 50 passwords at once, and if you go over that limit, you’ll have to pay for a Dropbox Plus plan. Students hoping to enroll in these courses should consult the course descriptions on the Department of English website for the procedures for applying for admission. There are a few caveats to today's announcement. All 500-level courses and a certain number of 200-, 300- and 400-level courses have limited enrolment and require instructors permission. ![]()
